These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Eighteen Restaurant & Bar website and our services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Eighteen Restaurant & Bar is operated by Quay Hospitality Group.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website, by telephone, or via our booking partner ResDiary. All reservations are subject to availability.

• We request that you notify us of any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to release tables that are not claimed within 15 minutes of the reservation time.
• For large party bookings (8 or more guests), a deposit may be required.
• We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies when notified in advance.

3. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment (digital or printed).
• If the total bill exceeds the voucher value, the balance must be paid by the guest.
• Change will not be given if the bill is less than the voucher value; the remaining balance will stay on the voucher.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

4. Dining Policies

• We operate a smart casual dress code.
• Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times.
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated areas.
• We are unable to guarantee a specific table unless agreed in advance.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.

5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

We take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is completely free from allergens, and cross-contamination may occur.
